Fast Flavour FMD 12-16th January
The FMD is a five-day diet high in unsaturated fats and low in overall calories, protein and carbohydrates. I do all the menus, planning, shopping, weighing, cooking, portioning and containers so you don't have to. You can just focus on your fast and healthy week. The menu is available for collection on 11th January from SN14 8AX or else delivered chilled to your door on 11th January - just select which at checkout.
The price includes 10 meals and 5 snacks (and a refundable £20 container deposit) designed to complement those wishing to do the 5 day FMD programme.

The menu follows these outline FMD principles:
· Day 1 – 1100 calories, Days 2-5 – 800 calories
· All food is vegan, dairy free, gluten free and contains extra virgin olive oil & sometimes nuts.
· You should confine eating to 12-hour period, e.g. start after 8 a.m. end before 8 p.m.
· Don’t eat anything within three hours of bedtime, if possible
· You need to drink a lot of water and can also have black tea/coffee, herbal tea etc
Notes on practicalities:
All food comes fresh in returnable Tupperware and can be kept in the fridge all week (or frozen if need be). Reheating is simple and full instructions are provided.
The first day's meals are higher in calories (1100), and all other days are 800 calories in total including 2 meals and a snack.
2. Cost is £100 per person. To be as sustainable as possible I charge £20 deposit on the containers too. Once these have been returned clean, then I will refund this to your card. Or you can choose to keep and reuse them!
3. You can also buy the menu for anyone else in your family not doing FMD - it's easy to add extra protein and/or carbs to any of the meals. I can send you ideas for this, just let me know at charlie@suppersub.com
