Sicilian Feast - Supper Club - November 20th
Following our May Levantine Supper Club, I’m back at Park Farm on November 20th with a new menu and co-chef Mark Hulton. Come and enjoy a flavour-packed dinner inspired by some of Sicily's most fascinating flavours.
The menu includes intriguing and novel dishes to banish the winter blues - all from the sunny shores of Sicily. The food is influenced by Sicily's colonial rulers over the years - Arab, Spanish and French - to create fresh, herby and aromatic dishes that delight and comfort at the same time. Plus we'll be pairing it all with some wines and beers from the region too.

Stuzzichini:
- Pecorino round with Sicilian wild thistle raw honey & oregano
- Mozzarella and spinach Arancini
- Bruschetta with Pesto Trapanese, cherry tomatoes and Burrata
AntiPasto
Chicken Involtini with saffron, sage and Caciocavallo risotto
Secondo
- Busiate pasta alla Norma, aged ricotta
- Swordfish steak, salmoriglio sauce
- Chicken al Vin Cotto
- Orange, Endive and Fennel salad
Dolce
Pistachio Cannolo with Zabaglione gelato
We’ll all gather around two long tables in this beautiful rural setting, creating a convivial atmosphere to celebrate together. The event starts at 7pm until 11.30pm and the postcode is BA1 9AQ
Tickets include welcome drink, all food and service. Alcoholic and soft drinks will be available to purchase separately on the night.

Spaces are limited to 36 guests. Tickets can be transferred but are non-refundable.
